Overnight stay in the Hotel. Day 1: Rajkot-Ahemdabad (216 km) Pick up from Rajkot and drive to Ahemdabad. Ahemdabad is the centre of Gujarati cultural activities and diverse traditions of different ethnic and religious communities. Overnight at hotel. Day 2: Ahemdabad  After breakfast, visit the citySabarmati Gandhi Ashram- Situated along the bank of Sabarmati River,this ashram was founded by Mahatma Gandhi and has become a place of pilgrimage. Kankaria Lake- South-east of the city, this artificial lake complete with an island summer palace, was constructed in 1451 and has 34 sides, each 60m long. There’s a huge zoo, a small acquarium, boat club. The entire Kankaria area with the introduction of open air theatre and children’s garden is known as ‘Balvatika’. The Jumma Masjid- Described by some as one of the most beautiful mosque in India. Nal Sarovar- This delightful bird sanctuary of Gujarat nestles around the Nal Lake. 1 Kms. from Ahmedabad. Akshardham Mandir- The Akshardham is one of the finest contemporary temples in all of India, using a blend of traditional sandstone carving with state-of-the-art technologies like fiber-optics, sound and light shows, multi-media, audio-visual shows etc. Overnight at hotel. Day 3: Ahemdabad-Ambaji-Mount Abu Early morning drive to Ambaji Temple (179 kms). Associated with Goddess Amba and Lord Krishna, Ambaji is one of the most important Hindu pilgrim spots. Later in the evening, drive to Mount Abu. Overnight stay at the hotel. Day 4: Mount Abu  After breakfast visitDilwara Temple- These are temples of significance to the Jain pilgrims. The Temples in this Hill Station in India, boast of immense architectural beauty and finesse among all other Hill Stations in India. Nakki Lake- Nakki Lake is a beautiful picnic spot in Mount Abu. According to the legend, the lake was created by a Hindu God using his nails, and so derives its name Nakki (nail) Lake. The lake offers breathtaking view of surrounding hills and offers ideal spot for boating. Guru Shikar- Guru Shikar is the highest peak of the Aravali range, located at about15 km northeast of Mount Abu. It is an important Hindu pilgrimage site, worth visiting on your Mount Abu Tour. Other famous attractions in Mount Abu include the Gaumukh Temple, which derives its name from a sculpted cow situated in the temple compound, Adhar Devi Temple and Shri Raghunathji Temple. Overnight at hotel. Day 5: Mount Abu-Shreenathji-Udaipur Early morning drive to Shreenathji temple- It represents the form of Krishna, in which he lifted the Govardhana hill. It was originally worshipped in a humble shrine and then moved to a larger temple in its vicinity. Later drive to Udaipur. Overnight at hotel. Day 6: Udaipur After breakfast visit Lake Pichola- this lake presents the picturesque beauty of Udaipur. Encircled by numerous palaces on all sides, it houses various islands where the famous Jag Mandir and Jag Niwas are situated. Maharaja Jagat Singh II built Lake Palace- the palace. It is situated on Lake Pichola, and it appears to be floating on the lake. City Palace- The largest palace of Rajasthan, it represents the architectural and artistic evolution of Mewar over the centuries. The palace is divided into various sections, each with its own distinctive style. Saheliyon ki Bari- this garden was the picnic spot for the 48 royal ladies who were offered to the prince as dowry. The gardens here have lush green lawns & beautiful fountains in the shape of birds - presenting a wonderful sight. Overnight at hotel. Day 7: Udaipur-Ranakpur-Jaipur  Drive to Jaipur enroute visiting Ranakpur famous for Jain Temples. Later in the evening, drive to Jaipur- the pristine jewel in the desert sands of Rajasthan. Jaipur is remarkable for its marvelous architecture and town planning as it is for the lively spirit of the people who inhabit it. The city presents a unique synthesis of culture that has to be experienced in order to be appreciated. The old Jaipur painted in Pink, the lively spirit of fanfare, festivity and celebration of the people adequately match the colorful and intricately carved monuments. Jaipur’s colorful bazaars are worth visiting where you can shop for Rajasthani handlooms, trinkets and jewellery. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel. Day 8: Jaipur After breakfast, visit the Pink City viewing Hawa Mahal- one of the most common and popular tourist attractions in Jaipur. This five-storey building was used as a veil by the royal women folk to watch the proceedings on the road below. City Palace- In the heart of the old city is former royal residence built in a blend of the Rajasthani and Mughal styles. The palace also has an art gallery with an excellent collection of miniature paintings, carpets, royal paraphernalia and rare astronomical works in Arabic, Persian, Latin and Sanskrit, acquired by Sawai Jai Singh II to study astronomy in detail. Jantar Mantar- A stone observatory, largest of Jai Singh’s five remarkable observatories. The observatory was built to study the movement of stars. The observatory is built in stone and marble. Amer Palace- A beautiful complex of palaces, halls, pavilions, gardens and temples built by Raja Man Singh. Tourists often ride on the elephant back to the Singh pool and the Jaleb Chowk. Other tourist attractions are Jaigarh Fort, Nahargarh Fort, Govind Deoji Mandir, Rambagh Palace, Kanak Valley and Laxmi Narayan Temple. Overnight at hotel. Day 9: Jaipur-Fatehpur Sikri-Agra Today drive to Fatehpur Sikri, once the capital of the Mughal emperor Akbar, a deserted, red sandstone city built by the Mughal Emperor Akbar in the 16th century. Later drive to Agra- the Land of culture and heritage. Agra is the city of the inimitable Taj Mahal. Agra is famous for its marble inlay work, leather goods, brassware’s, finely worked precious and semi-precious stone jewellery and ornate zari embroidery. Overnight at hotel. Day 10: Agra After breakfast visit  Taj Mahal- It is the most beautiful monument in Agra. The beauty and grandeur of the Taj Mahal has made it one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Built by Shah Jahan in memory of his wife-Mumtaz Mahal, the Taj Mahal is regarded as one of the most beautiful monuments in the world. A beautiful gift from a Mughal emperor to his deceased wife, the Taj Mahal is a symbol of love and beauty. Agra Fort- built in red sandstone, this huge fortress on the bank of the Yamuna. The fort house has many beautiful palaces and mansions, which include Jahangiri Mahal, Khass Mahal, Diwan-i-Khass and Diwan-i-Aam. Itmad-Ud-Daula Tomb- Also known as Baby Taj, this tomb is a daughter's tribute to her father. Built in 1628 by Nurjahan in memory of her father Mirza Ghiyas Beg. Sikandra Fort- it is 4 kms from Agra where Akbar built his mausoleum. Overnight at hotel. Day 11: Agra-Delhi In the morning, drive to Delhi. Day free for leisure. Overnight at hotel. Day 12: Delhi  After breakfast full day city tour visiting Old Delhi and New Delhi.Red Fort- Magnificent fort with beautiful artwork of red sandstone on the banks of river Yamuna. It is a huge complex of gardens and pavilions and marble palaces. Jama Masjid- A magnificent historical creation by Shah Jahan. Composed of marble and sandstone it is one of the largest mosques in India. It also contains a few relics of Prophet Muhammad. Raj Ghat- A simple open platform inscribed with the Mahatma's last words, 'Hey Ram' (Oh God) is set in a garden with fountains and a variety of exotic trees. Akshardham Mandir- one of the most recently built temples in Delhi. It is built in an architectural style similar to that of the Akshardham temple of Gandhinagar in Gujarat, India. India Gate- Built as a memorial to commemorate the 70,000 India soldiers killed in World War I, India Gate was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens and completed in 1931. Laxmi Narayan Mandir- Built in 1938, the temple is an ideal introduction to some of the gods of the India pantheon. The temple contains a large number of idols and visitors can watch priests performing ritualistic prayers. Qutab Minar- Soaring tower of victory built after the defeat of the last Hindu kingdom in Delhi. Overnight at hotel. Day 13: Delhi-Haridwar-Rishikesh Drive to the City of Ganges-Haridwar. Later visit Mansa Devi Temple, Pareshwar Maha dev Temple, Bhimgoda Tank, Pawan Dham Temple, Lal Mata Temple, and Parmath Ashram. Bharat Mata Temple, Saptrishi Ashram. In the evening, go to Har ki Pauri to attend the evening aarti at River Ganges. Later in the evening, drive to Rishikesh. Overnight at hotel. Day 14: Rishikesh After breakfast, visit Triveni Ghat, Laxman Jhoola, and Shivanand Jhoola. Also, view some premier temples, ashrams and yoga centers. Overnight at hotel. Day 15: Rishikesh-Shimla Today drive to Shimla- Capital state of Himachal Pradesh-Shimla, an immense natural beauty of the landscape, the magnificent mountain, exquisite lakes, dense forests and lovely gardens, mesmerizes all visitors. In the evening walk around the Mall Road, shopping all kinds of handicraft products of Himachal Pradesh, locally made woolen cloths, branded cloths, pottery items, jewellery, books, and local eatable items, especially pickles. Mall road is more famous for its wooden furniture shops. Overnight at hotel. Day 16: Shimla  Visit this beautiful Queen of Hill Stations viewingChrist Church- It is the second oldest church in North India and is renowned for its excellent architecture and stained glass windows. Jakhoo Temple- An ancient temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman. The temple is located at the 2438-meter high Jakhoo Hill and is the highest point in Shimla. Annandale- Developed as the playground of Shimla and a favorite spot for cricket, picnics and the princely game of polo. Kufri- it is the winter sports capital. During winter, visitors have the facility for skiing. Apart from skiing, Kufri is a lovely picnic spot with a beautiful view of the hills around and the snowy peaks. Also a zoo delights children. Naldehra- A beautiful spot surrounded by beautiful deodar trees. Chail- A little mountainous heaven 45 kms. from Shimla. The forests near Chail have many species of birds and deer. Overnight at hotel. Day 17: Shimla-Manali After breakfast, drive to Manali enroute visiting Kullu. Later transfer to the hotel. In the evening, walk around the mall road. Overnight at hotel. Day 18: Manali Today visit the Switzerland of India-Manali. Rohtang Pass- The highest point, 4,112m, on the Manali-Keylong road, 51-km from Manali town. It provides a wide panoramic view of mountains rising far above clouds, which is a sight truly breath-taking. Solang Valley- it offers the view of glaciers and snow capped mountains and peaks. It has fine ski slopes. Kothi- a picturesque spot and an ideal resting resorts of poets, writers and the lovers of peaceful environs Hadimba Temple- Hadimba or Dhungiri temple in Manali is one of the most important temples in the region. Vashist Hot Water Springs and Temple- Renowned for its hot springs and temples. Overnight at hotel. Day 19: Manali-Chandigarh Drive towards the city beautiful Chandigarh. In the evening, visit the beautiful gardens-The Rock Garden and the Rose Garden. Overnight at hotel. Day 20: Chandigarh-Delhi After breakfast, visit The Sukhna Lake and The Mansa Devi Temple, Pinjore Garden. Later return to Delhi. Day 21: Delhi Day free for leisure and later transfer to the airport.
